Operations Supervisor

Job Description

  • Salary: $75k-$80k
  • Shift: 9am start time
  • Oversees both delivery and warehouse operations.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Operations Supervisor manages daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling manpower, assigning drivers and vehicles to convey freight 

  • You will coordinate drivers according to customer requests and determines driver's needs, notifying them of assignments entering them into the database while in compliance with DOT regulations

  • This role ensures quality standards and productivity standards are achieved in the warehouse, meeting customer schedules and maximizing operational efficiency

  • Additionally, you’ll coaches and supervises the warehouse team ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
