Programmatic Specialist, gCare Customer Experience (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in account management and programmatic media.
  • Experience in digital marketing, measurement and attribution, marketing analytics, programmatic advertising, or programmatic marketing.
  • Experience in executive communication, data representation, presenting to executive audiences, account management, account planning, digital advertising, agency management, or digital agency.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in account management and programmatic media managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (DV360).
  • Experience with brand strategy, media agencies, digital media solutions and Google’s programmatic product suite.
  • Experience in using/planning programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to work with cross- functional and global stakeholders across a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, investigative, problem-solving, and project management skills.

As a Programmatic Specialist, you will focus on driving media activation and campaign management across agencies and partners. You will build infrastructure and capabilities for agencies, and drive media strategy with customers and agencies. You'll act as the connection between the Campaign Management team and customers for current campaign performance, future programmatic strategy. You'll proactively navigate multiple stakeholders, bridge organizational and structural gaps, and mobilize internal resources to deliver a seamless experience for agencies, partners and customers, on Display and Video 360 (DV360).

Responsibilities

  • Develop new solutions based on customer needs and market insights in partnership with internal products, Go-to-Market, scaled teams and vendors. Test, iterate, incubate and scale these for regional impact.
  • Deliver campaign excellence through product consultations and implementing solutions in Display and Video 360 developing campaign strategy, building campaigns, and monitoring and optimizing for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Use advanced optimization techniques across Google, mobile, and video to optimize marketers display spend, analyze trends and develop bid strategies, manage creative assets, and make budget allocation decisions across the book of business.
  • Create and support multi-product solution promotions and collaborate with the in-market sales team to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers while achieving their business objectives.
