Job Description: |
Need 8 full-time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to in Morris, MN. From: 06/05/2024 - 12/10/2024 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hrs./day All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half.

JOB DUTIES: Operating equipment such as tractors and loaders for harvesting of crops and transporting hay; operate and maintain irrigation systems; maintaining farm for weed control, apply manure to fields after harvest for fertilizer; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite. Work requires exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, and repetitive movements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain a driver's license (Class D) following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. No HS Diploma/GED required.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
