Description

The Clinic Liaison is responsible for assisting with staffing needs, handling equipment repairs and facility issues.
This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm out of our Colon & Rectal Surgery Associates location in Maplewood.
A $2,000.00 sign-on bonus will be offered. The bonus will be paid in three installments; the first installment of $500.00 will be paid out on the pay period after completing 3 months, the second installment of $500.00 will be paid out on the pay period after completing 6 months, and the final installment of $1,000.00 will be paid out on the pay period after completing 12 months of employment. Internal applicants are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
Colon & Rectal Surgery Associates is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions:
Process and approve staff timecards including Paid Time Off (PTO) requests
Monitor work logs and distribution of work to staff
Provide input and examples on employee performance to manager to include on employee performance reviews and other performance management needs
Monitor phone queues and ask for help when hold times are too long
Assist in organizing CRSAL-provided lunches
Act as first contact for vendors such as linens and hazardous waste
Obtain information and attempt to resolve patient complaints (including HIPAA concerns such as patient received another patient's colonoscopy prep) and IT issues (EMR/OBERD problem solving). Escalate to Regional Manager for any follow up needed.
Handle cleaning issues and temperature control
Order medical and office supplies
Send equipment out for repair and obtain approval of quotes before the repairs are completed
Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Experience in healthcare setting required

Ability to:

Work in the clinic/office during business hours
Travel independently throughout the clinic/office (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Understand and execute a variety of instructions
Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
Work independently with minimal supervision
Travel to other work locations, if required
