Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Audit & Assurance team and help define and execute product strategy for our growing, AI-driven, industry-leading product line. The qualified candidate will have a passion for innovation and a customer-focused mindset. Strong project management and problem-solving skills are a must as the Product Manager will work directly with customers, stakeholders, technology, go-to-market, and support teams in a cross-functional, Agile environment.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Product Manager, you will:

Engage in Product launch and post-launch management of new and/or enhanced propositions, products, and/or services, including design, development, and launch activities.

Participate in or lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery

Create standards, processes, and policies and participate in testing/validation.

Create proposals or business cases to obtain approval for the project and gain support for new propositions, products, or services.

Conduct or participate in market and competitive analysis to drive the creation and positioning of propositions, products, or services

Supports definition and communication of features and benefits/key selling points and competitive positioning to key stakeholders

Develop and execute plans to sunset obsolete propositions, products, or services

May support commercial-facing teams in client engagement and retention activities

Demonstrates knowledge of the company's propositions, products, or services and industry trends.
About You

You're a fit for the role of Product Manager if you can:

Create and execute theassigned product's strategy, includingshort- and long-termroadmaps

Define success criteria for the product and the cross-functional agile team

Understand the trends shaping your markets, relevant user personas, and developing technologies within the space.

Align cross-functional stakeholders to strategy, vision, and roadmap

Collaborate with sales,support,and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market, sales, pricing, and communication strategies.

Work with technology, design,and product teams to ensure business requirements are captured, executed, and sequenced effectively.

Track and report the effectiveness of product features, go-to-market, sales, and communication strategies for senior management.

Createand execute learning plans and customer/stakeholder interviews to inform key roadmap decisions.
Qualifications

University degreerequired

Financial/accounting industry experience required

1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Brand Management preferred

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations, project plans, and status reports.
