Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business or technology field
• Five years payroll, HRIS, or related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
• Demonstrated technical competence with various Payroll/HR information systems (e.g. Dayforce)
• Skill in leveraging Microsoft PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps
• Strong skill in complex report writing utilizing various tools primarily based on SQL
• Strong skill in understanding database relationships
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis in client service
• Expert skill in data analytics and business intelligence
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets, create key takeaways & recommendations, and influence by telling a story built on data
• Skill in performing a variety of duties under the stress of frequent interruptions or distractions
• Skill in HRIS implementation, deployment and upgrade
• Significant skill in leveraging and troubleshooting payroll/HRIS systems to help solve business issues

About the Role:
As a member of a team of HRIS and HR technology administrators, you will be an expert in troubleshooting user inquiries, generating reports, analyzing data, integrating HR systems and configuring technology platforms.

Core responsibilities include:
• Writing complex reports and leveraging PowerBI
• Leveraging technology to design efficient business processes within and between systems
• Delving into available system functionality to maximize the use of technology. This includes tools such as Dayforce HCM, M365, and the case management and record retention platforms
• Configuring and troubleshooting HCM environments
• Developing and facilitating on-demand reporting and data integration requests
• Creating and managing complex reports and dashboards to extract actionable insights
