The Packaging Process Development Manager leads the technical
development of packaging solutions for new and existing products. They
will drive the packaging process development from product concept
through commercialization of primary packaging, and drive continuous
improvement to resolve packaging related issues in operations, improve
packaging performance, cost etc. This role requires a detail-orientated
person who will be responsible for leading projects within the new
product introduction & packaging development portfolio. In addition, the
Packaging Process Development Manager will work closely with Supply
Chain to leverage existing relationships with technical packaging
vendors and to understand packaging process constrains with a focus on
packaging components, packaging testing and packaging operations line.
This role will also work closely with packaging suppliers and contract
manufacturers to recommend, review, test and identify costs for various
