Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a General Manager 6 for Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA. This role oversees a well-established, evolving dining program, continuing a 30+ year partnership with the university. We’re looking for a leader who can drive innovation, engagement, and satisfaction through a restaurant-quality, food-forward approach to dining.

This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees, students, and university leadership.

✅ Oversee day-to-day dining operations to ensure excellence.
✅ Deliver high-quality food service that enhances the student experience.
✅ Drive financial performance, meeting company and client targets.
✅ Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
✅ Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate campus dining.
✅ Foster a positive team environment with strong leadership.
✅ Ensure compliance with Sodexo and client standards.

• Experience in a higher education dining environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with employees, students, and university leadership.
• Leadership Experience – Previous General Manager or Director-level experience preferred.
• Multi-Tasking Ability – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-Focused Mindset – Passion for providing exceptional service.
• Financial Acumen – Proven success in managing labor, procurement, costs, and expenses.
• Technical Proficiency – Experience with Drive, Market Connections (MSC), Kronos (Labor Management), E-Vision, and UFS (Financial Systems).
