We are looking for :
I&E Maintenance Technician in Piedmont, SC. This position will work rotating shifts.
We can count on you to:
Act as Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation rotating shift technician
Maintain plant electrical systems and instrumentation including electrical drives and power distribution; be available for emergency call in
Participate in electrical, instrumentation and control systems reliability improvement efforts.
Respond to emergency work orders in I/E and Mechanical systems with scheduled work as required using proper safety and work procedures.
Train and participate in plant Emergency Response Team
You will bring:
Safety focused with good understanding of electrical safety (NFPA 70E)
Associate Degree in Maintenance/Electrical/Instrumentation Technology or a minimum of two (2) years instrument and electrical maintenance experience in an industrial environment as Maintenance Technician.
Understanding of appropriate electrical design standards and codes
Candidate must possess an excellent working knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, variable speed drives and instrumentation.
Some Mechanical aptitude with expectations of improving skills in both disciplines.
Chemical or Carbon Fibers experience preferred.
Ability to work with others and train as needed.
Knowledge of SAP or other computerized maintenance management system.
Candidate must possess sound decision making abilities to support safety and
Production goals of the facility.
Candidate must possess ability to work self directed.
Candidate must be customer focused to support business and unit goals.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $31-40/ per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
