JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Associate, Immigration Support - 26387
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Senior Associate, Immigration
Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our business
travelers have the necessary work authorization and legal compliance to
operate seamlessly across borders. You will collaborate with internal
stakeholders, external legal partners, and government agencies to
facilitate smooth travel and work experiences for our employees. This is
an on-site role in Racine, Wisconsin. \* This position provides customer
service to business travelers, employees, and HR Business Partner\'s for
the Global Mobility Department. \* Consults on the business traveler
policy and provides analytical support, along with updating standard
operating procedures, and recommending process improvements. \*
Responsible for administering and auditing vendor expenditures for
annual reporting related to immigration and business travelers. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES \* Work Authorization Assistance: - Advise business
travelers on visa requirements, work permits, and other legal
documentation needed for international assignments. - Coordinate with
immigration firm/legal counsel to prepare and submit visa applications,
extensions, and renewals. - Monitor visa expiration dates and
proactively initiate necessary actions to maintain compliance. - Provide
guidance on work authorization options based on individual
circumstances. \* Immigration Compliance: - Ensure adherence to
immigration laws and regulations in various countries. - Conduct regular
audits to verify compliance with visa conditions. - Collaborate with HR
and payroll teams to ensure accurate reporting and tax withholding for
international employees. - Address any compliance issues promptly and
effectively. \* Business Travel Support: - Assist business travelers
with travel-related immigration queries. - Coordinate with travel
agencies and airlines to address visa-related travel disruptions. -
Provide timely updates on changes in immigration policies and
procedures. \* Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with HR,
legal, and corporate tax to align immigration processes with business
needs. - Liaise with external Immigration, tax & legal partners to stay
informed about regulatory changes. - Participate in cross-functional

QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU\'LL BRING \* Bachelor\'s degree
in HR, International Relations, Business, Law or a related field. \* A
minimum of two years of relevant experience in immigration services or
related role. \* Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work
in the United States. PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS \* Strong
customer service, written and verbal communication skills, and ability
to work with diverse teams. \* High attention to detail, organized and a
team player who can also work independently with the ability to manage
conflicting priorities and meet short lead time deadlines. \* Knowledge
of relative laws and regulations to drive philosophy and compliance
efforts. \* Self-driven ability in achieving results and goals through
direct/indirect influence. \* Strong accountability for building
relationships. \* Strong project management, problem solving and
decision-making skills. \* Experience working with internal and external
immigration, tax, and legal advisors. JOB REQUIREMENTS \* Full-time,
regular employment. \* Travel 5% of the time. \* Remote work is
