Remote EST Hours<br>
<br>12+ month contract with intention to eventually convert to permanent employee<br>

<strong>Position Description:</strong>
<br>
<br>Creating copy for website and communications <br>
<br>Creating, preparing and writing emails/texts to consumer<br>
<br>Brainstorm, Research, Draft, Edit, Proofread, Test<br>
<br>Communicating with internal teams (admin, operations, clinical, marketing, platform owners, web design team)<br>
<br>Taking feedback and applying as needed to work<br>
<br>Understanding and reading data (not developing but using data to prioritize)<br>
<br>
<strong>Required Skills:</strong>
<br>
<br>Bachelor's Degree<br>
<br>4+ years experience with UX Content or Content writing<br>
<br>Healthcare- understanding of patient portals<br>
<br>User/Content testing<br>
