Job Description

Responsibilities:

*Learn the fundamentals of property and casualty insurance.
*Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and
recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
*Shadow experienced Customer Service Representatives to observe techniques and
strategies in action.
*Continuously expand knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory
requirements.



Requirements:

*High School diploma or equivalent.
*Smart, self-motivated individual with strong desire to succeed.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and processes.
*No prior experience in insurance is required.
