Qualifications: Prefer valid driver’s license. Must have 1 year of roof installation experience or repair service dept. experience. We are looking for someone who is drug free, reliable, honest, and willing to work hard. We will require past references; contact and telephone number. MUST have strong verbal and communication skills. Must be a Team player. Responsibilities: Inspecting problem roof systems and determining the best repair procedures. Working on both low-slope or steep-slope roofs. Working on Commercial & Residential properties. Installing, repairing, and inspecting various roof systems like EPDM, shingles, asphalt, ballast, TPO, PVC, metal, and slate. Removing snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials. Roof installation details: cutting felt, shingles, or strips of flashing to fit angles formed by walls, vents, or intersecting roof surfaces. Accurately measure and prepare field drawings. Salary based on experience. Salary will be adjusted upon ability to demonstrate skills.
