Qualifications:
Ability to comprehend instructions, organize time and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in routine.
Competent with personal computers, standard office equipment (fax, copier, postage machine, etc.) and phone system. Knowledge of Human Resources.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of human resource experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required. HR certification preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. when needed. Ability to walk, push and/or pull equipment or residents as required. Prolonged standing or walking.
