Description: Actalent is looking for a Client Manager to work directly with 1-2 retail clients. Prefer candidates in the middle of the country to West Coast

• Act as the main point of contact between the architecture firm and the client(s).

• Oversite of the project team

• Work on multiple projects

• Participation in the design process

• Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

• Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents

• Review architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance

• Coordination of the project team’s work

• Monitor the progress of all construction phases

• Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc.

• Responsible for project schedule and budget

• Build and maintain client relations

• Assist with construction administration

  This person will be hired as a Full-Time W-2 employee of Actalent where you would receive an hourly wage, holiday pay, PTO/Vacation, Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision insurance). This is a indefinite contract position where the Architecture firm has the option to bring you on to their permanent staff OR you will remain an Actalent consultant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in architecture

• Registration is a plus, but not required

• 5+ years of architectural project management experience

• Must have strong retail experience

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
