job purpose: The fairlife team is looking for a technically talented Systems Analyst (reporting to Senior Manager, Enterprise applications) who will work primarily with our EDI partners, ERP partners and internal business partners. Major activities include designing, developing, maintaining, and monitoring application integrations across our EDI platform and ERP. Other major activities will include ERP break fix support and ERP user role security maintenance.  This role will work with cross functional teams and stakeholders, including Automation, Operations, IT infrastructure, and ERP to build robust process and systems integration capabilities that drive a world class manufacturing and supply chain organization.

responsibilities:

  • Define, document, and develop enterprise level architecture and standards for integrations connecting ERP, PowerBI and other 3rd party applications into a cohesive and robust business and manufacturing process management platform utilizing EDI, FTP, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards, protocols, and data security requirements, such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, and secure file transfer protocols.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external service providers to build, enhance, maintain, troubleshoot, and support key system integrations between EDI, ERP, 3PL, etc.
  • Ensure the reliability, integrity, and performance of EDI integrations and interfaces meet process and technical requirements including implementing automated controls, tools, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership for key EDI integrations and systems projects with cross functional teams and external resources.
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy custom integrations in a Microsoft .NET environment.
  • Manage day-to-day operational IT service management and support activities for EDI Integrations, along with other assigned applications.
  • Ensure design and implementations are consistent with standards for security, reliability, compliance, and business risks.
  • Design, develop, and document failovers and business continuity/recovery plans
  • Learn and understand multiple facets of the business processes and related transactions in the ERP to support end users during break/fix troubleshooting and new process design/testing.
  • Manage ERP user access by enabling/disabling end users and assigning user roles in the ERP.
  • Create custom user roles in the ERP as approved/needed.
  • Aid in ERP/EDI audits when applicable.

skills/qualifications required:

  • BS in Computer Science, information systems or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in EDI analysis, implementation, and support specifically around order to cash and 3PL warehousing transactions.
  • Strong understanding of EDI standards, protocols, and transaction sets (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2).
  • Knowledge of data integration concepts, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, execute and document complex technical designs, translate business needs and functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with project leadership responsibilities, including implementation methodology and change control processes and documentation.
  • Familiar with ERP systems and their integration with EDI (Microsoft Dynamics F&O preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of ERP role based security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • CPG, Beverage industry experience a plus

  • Notify supervision of any repairs or adjustments that are required that may affect product quality or food safety.
  • Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy while in the Production Areas.
  • Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer and/or Government requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company.
  • Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.
  • Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
  • In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.
