As a result of your registration, you may be contacted in the future with details on other positions that match your expressed skills and background and to update your information.

You acknowledge and agree that the information collected may be accessed, stored, processed by, and transferred among any of Burns & McDonnell's affiliate companies and vendors (but only to the extent necessary for the conduct of its business) regardless of location, including the Company's affiliates in countries which do not have equivalent data protection or data privacy laws as the United States. You also acknowledge and agree that Burns & McDonnell may electronically link your applicant information on the Burns & McDonnell recruitment website to your profile (if any) on any LinkedIn website (and as you may update that LinkedIn website) that uses the same email address (if any) that you have provided to Burns & McDonnell.

Burns & McDonnell will not disclose your personal information if prohibited by law or a regulatory organization. As an employer, we are subject to certain governmental record-keeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil rights laws and regulations; the information you provide will be retained in accordance with applicable laws. If you are hired as an employee of the Company, this information may be transferred into an employee record. The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (GINA) prohibits employers and other covered entities from requesting or requiring genetic information of an individual or family member of the individual, except as specifically allowed by GINA. To comply with this law, we are asking that you not include any family medical history or other genetic information when submitting information on the Burns & McDonnell recruitment site and/or on your separate LinkedIn profile (if any). To the extent you nevertheless include information about your family medical history or other genetic information, Burns & McDonnell will not use or disclose that information except as allowed or required by applicable law.

Employment at Burns & McDonnell within the United States and where permitted under applicable law is "At Will," for an indefinite and unspecified duration: If you are hired, you may resign your employment at any time, and the Company may terminate your employment at any time, without notice, and for any reason not prohibited by law. There are no exceptions to this "At Will" policy, unless they are agreed to in writing by an authorized officer of the Company.

Burns & McDonnell shall not be liable for errors or omissions in information on this site, or for any damages, losses, or expenses that may occur while accessing this site, or any linked site, or the inability to access these sites; or any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure.
