Assisted Living Facilities-Nurse Aide, M.A., RN & LPN

Job Summary
At Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, we are looking for experienced and passionate healthcare professionals to join our team as Nurse Aide, M.A., RN & LPN. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supportive care in our assisted living facilities, including helping seniors with bathing, dressing, eating, doing light housekeeping, and medication management.

Compensation & Benefits:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu provides competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a benefits package including holidays, vacation, and health insurance.

NA/CNA-wages $18-$20

MA- $19-$20

LPN- $42

RN-$42

Responsibilities:
-Provide direct reside care in our assisted living facilities
-Observe and report changes in patient’s mental or physical condition
-Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed
-Respond promptly to requests from residents
-Uphold safety regulations by implementing infection prevention processes
-Administer medication as per the doctor’s orders
-Assist with Berry-Framed activities as needed

Requirements:
-Current Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN license
-Experience in working with senior citizens
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and follow directions
-Ability to work with minimum supervision
-Excellent interpersonal skills
