Job Description

 
1 Full Time, Seasonal H-2A position available 2/24/2024 - 11/26/2024. Duties: Mowing, picking rocks and maintaining fields, fixing fences and buildings. Spreading manure in fields piled up from the winter. Using skidster to clean barns, stack hay and straw to supply for the winter. Owners travel out of state with teams of horses to compete from June through November and during this time mucking stalls, feeding horses and letting horses in and out of stalls during the day is needed. Assisting with breeding and foaling which occurs usually between January through June. Operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing to the farm properties; haul tools, supplies or crops. Transport workers from place to place around the farm properties during the workday; and or transport workers to the grocery store, bank or laundry facilities on an as needed basis. Those that are requested to drive will be required to possess an appropriate license. No one will be rejected for this position that does not possess a driver's license.
