Fairway Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Cook to join our growing team!

Fairway Pines, located in Sauk Centre Minnesota, was voted Best Assisted Living in Minnesota in 2023, making it an excellent place to work! You can find us just off Main Street, East of the Old Course Sauk Centre. We are only a few minutes away from the city center with access to shopping, good restaurants, and much more! Shifts Available: Part Time and Casual
HHA Wage: $15.50 - $20.50 - Based on experience!

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations.

Duties include:


Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.

Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils.

Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.

Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.

Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:


High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.

Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
