  • Approximately 6 years' experience in a Business Analyst role in eCommerce & Digital, including platform management (mobile & Social)
  • Previous people management experience would be highly appreciated
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. 


Position Summary
As the Country eCommerce Analyst & Project Manager, you will play a crucial role within the eCommerce Department, working closely with the eCommerce Manager. 
This role will involve capturing and analyzing online user behaviours, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and presenting findings and clear recommendations to teams and leaders within the organization. 
A significant aspect of this role is the managerial component, which involves leading and managing a team member, ensuring teamwork and effective collaboration.


A Day in the Life of the eCommerce Business Analyst & PM:
•    Advanced Analytics: Analyze e-Business metrics and KPIs, track website performance, business trends, customer behaviour, and other key success indicators.
•    Strategic Recommendations: Suggest improvements to the website UX and business actions based on data analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and performance.
•    Operational and Strategic Planning: Plan, measure, and execute plans to improve business performance.
•    Data Management: Build data models, manage reports and dashboards with BI tools, with mandatory knowledge of Power BI and GA.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with Digital, eCommerce, and Marketing to turn insights into action. Communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Leadership: Manage and lead a team member, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.


What Will Make You Successful? 
•    Mandatory knowledge of data modeling with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and Google Analytics. Experience with SQL will be considered as a plus. Familiarity with website structure, A/B testing, and UX optimization.
•    Leadership Skills: Experience in managing at least one team member, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.
