Job Description: |
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Places product on conveyor belts, in pouches, on boards or on freezer trays. • Weigh fish for correct ounce size. • Trim product with knife according to SOP. • Pin-bone product (make sure there are no bones in product). • Packages fresh or fresh frozen fish to be shipped or stored for further processing. • Folds and prepares shipping and customer boxes by hand. • Tapes, labels, and palletizes boxes for shipping or storage. • Cleans machines as required. • Completes documentation needed for traceability.
