Job Description

Recruiter (PART TIME)
Corporate - Remote

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in full cycle recruitment of quality candidates.
Provide staffing strategies to source, identify, and attract top talent.
Establish and maintain relationships with Executives, Hiring Managers, and Vendors.
Establish and utilize an ongoing database of candidates.
Develop and maintains relationships with schools, programs, and other healthcare affiliations/sources to ensure ongoing competent and diverse pool of candidates.
Demonstrate understanding of clinical and credentialing terminology, processes, etc.
Provide complete and accurate company and position information both verbally and in writing.
Maintain candidate statuses/dispositions and provide candidate status updates daily.
Prepares credentials file for completion and presentation to Potomac Healthcare Project Managers, ensuring file completion within time periods specified.
Processes requests for privileges, ensuring compliance with criteria outlined in clinical privilege descriptions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the healthcare field required.
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
High level healthcare professionals including Physician recruitment experience preferred.
Experience sourcing candidates using a variety of resources including but not limited to Boolean search strings, cold-calling, job boards a must.
Excellent time management/organization skills.
Must be able to work independently.
Experience with applicant tracking software (ATS), ADP Workforce Now a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of federal, federal contractor, state and local laws/regulations preferred (Ex. OFCCP & EEO).
Must be a US citizen.
