Job Description:
Hunter Hamilton has partnered with a home restoration company in search for an Outside Sales Representative! This company prides themselves on their quality of work, dedication to their community, and being the best in their field! We are seeking outgoing, and sales driven candidates to join this team as an Outside Sales Representative in the Minneapolis metro area. This would be a great opportunity to gain experience in business operations and use the knowledge you obtain for future endeavors! No roofing sales experience necessary! Candidates from the service, retail, and outside sales industries are encouraged to apply!
Salary: $70,000 base plus commissions

Hours: Monday through Saturday 11am to sunset (with one half day at your discretion) and ability to attend two weekly meetings in Plymouth, MN office

Direct Hire role!
Responsibilities:
Canvasing and going door to door providing product information and inspections to potential consumers.
Providing contact and product cost information when applicable (promotions, etc.).
Assist with completing consumer product orders and coordinating delivery.
Call through leads twice per week
Qualifications:
Can open a conversation while being an active listener.
Very customer oriented with phenomenal interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable being on a ladder and spending most of your time on your feet outdoors
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Available to work evenings and Saturdays
