Please only apply if you have a current substitute authorization, substitute license or teaching license and have completed the Child & Dependent Adult Mandatory Reporter training in the State of Iowa. In order for an application to be considered complete, a copy of each of these documents must be uploaded along with a copy of an official transcript.
