JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview: Shift Leaders play a key role in ensuring
smooth operations, coaching team members, and delivering excellent guest
service. They set goals, assign tasks, and provide real-time feedback to
maintain Dunkin\' brand standards. Responsibilities Include: \~ Perform
all duties of a Restaurant Team Member \~ Support the Restaurant Manager
in achieving operational goals \~ Ensure brand standards, food
preparation, and service quality are met \~ Communicate shift
priorities, goals, and results to the team \~ Create and execute shift
deployment plans for efficient workflow \~ Coach and provide
constructive and clear feedback to team members \~ Delegate tasks and
responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use
of resources. \~ Support the training of restaurant team members as
needed \~ Oversee franchisee safety, security, and profitability
policies/processes throughout a shift \~ Ensure a smooth transition by
briefing the next Shift Leader \~ Uphold food safety and inventory
management standard \~ Deliver outstanding guest service and coach team
members to do the same \~ Handle customer concerns, conflicts, and
emergencies with professionalism \~ Manage cash over/short during shift
and ensure restaurant team members are following cash franchisee
management policies \~ Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and
adherence to company policies. Qualifications: \~ Basic computer skills
\~ Fluent in spoken and written English \~ Previous leadership
experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred. Key Skills &

Physical Requirements: \~ Standing for extended periods \~ Repetitive
movements such as bending, stooping, and reaching \~ Lifting objects,
ice, products, boxes up to 20lbs \~ Wearing a headset \~ Working in a
