JOB REQUIREMENTS: A Finance Manager job in Oostburg, WI is available
through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This onsite role
requires candidates to have 7+ years of accounting or finance experience
within a manufacturing or construction environment. In this position,
you will oversee the processing of financial reports, data, and
analysis, providing financial advice and strategies to leadership. This
position will assist the CFO with financial plans and will present
opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, and process improvements.

include but are not limited to: - Financial analysis and reporting -
Present financial advice and strategies to leadership. - Managing and
projecting cash flow and forecasting. - Oversee transactions related to
the general ledger. - Develop cost savings, efficiencies, and
improvements. - Manage tax planning and compliance - Ensure all
financial policies and procedures are followed accurately. - Maintain
internal controls. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Finance Manager Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field required. - 7+ years of accounting and
finance experience within a manufacturing or construction environment. -
Experience with ERP systems and financial software and expertise with
Excel. - Proficient experience with data analysis, cash flow management,
financial reporting, and forecasting. - Strong communication,
