Requisition Summary
Are you an entry-to-mid-level Recruiter with a knack and passion for people, sourcing, and hiring great talent?At Kenworth, you will be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle including requisition development, sourcing, outreach, partnering with hiring managers,candidate screening, selection, and offer process. The recruiter role requires strong competency in customer focus, change and innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building, and influencing while also being results-focused. The recruiter role is a key member to our HR team at Kenworth and PACCAR.
Position Functions / Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a moderate to high volume requisition load depending on the rhythm of the business
Design, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates with a focus on technical and non-technical roles from entry to manager level
Consult with Hiring Managers at the Director level and below to determine talent requirements for open positions, build candidate hiring profiles and ensure diverse candidate pools
Screen, prioritizeand presentqualified candidates meeting the established job requirements
Collaboratewith the HR team to identify internal talent and help facilitate career movement
Serve as the expert to the business in the areas of recruiting and hiring new employees
Work with the HR team to understand areas where recruiting performance can improve and engagein process improvement efforts
Set goals and utilize datato measure recruiting success.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
1-2 years of hiring and recruitment experience
Bachelor's degree required,preferably with a focus inHuman Resources, Business, or Communications
Proven Skills in client relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication
Ability to influence and negotiate
Ability to work independently but also be a strong effective team player
Commitment to results; solutions-oriented and superior organizational skills
Strong skills in candidate pipeline generation
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred:
3+ years of recruiting or HR experience
Familiaritywith Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus)
Understanding ofRecruiting Metrics and Tracking
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program experience
Project management and process improvement skills

Additional Job Board Information
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for the Recruiter position is $72,200 - $108,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
