JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYPerform routine daily functions in
support of Finance Shared Services. Standard responsibilities will be
transactional in nature and consist of data entry, account
reconciliations, first touch customer contact and resolution. JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES First point of contact for inbound and outbound
customer calls. Facilitate resolution as needed (process a payment,
provide an invoice, or statement copy) or forward to the appropriate
point of contact. Research and resolve as needed to reconcile account
issues Complete outbound collection calls on past due customer accounts
as assigned. Maintain all account and customer detail information
accurately in our database Develops and maintains an excellent working
relationship with members of team, within and outside the department, to
ensure we exceed the customer\'s expectations with the objective of
exceeding the goals and vision of the company. Live our values of High

assigned QUALIFICATIONS Associates Degree required. Two years of related
work experience required Excellent verbal and written communication
skills with the ability to communicate detailed information in a clear,
easy to understand manner. High level of proficiency in working with
Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Display
strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving
skills. Above average cognitive and numerical aptitude. Has above
average attention to detail and high degree of speed / accuracy in data
entry Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated credibility with team and business partners. Exercises
sound judgement and adherence to department policy and procedures.
