Registered Nurse - Coordinates individual resident care and performs nursing services requiring substantial specialized judgment and skills. Work is performed under the general supervision of a nursing supervisor and in accordance with a prescribed interdisciplinary care plan. Supervision may be exercised over the work of Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Unit Aides. <P> Major Skills - <LI> Strong attention to detail. <LI> Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written). <LI> Ability to follow oral and written instructions. <LI> Punctuality, dependability, reliability. <P> Education - <LI> High school diploma or GED; diploma/certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. <P> License - <LI> RN License. <P> Requirements - <LI> Physical Exam. <LI> Reference Check.
