STV is seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounting Support professional for work in our Douglassville, PA office. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office).

Responsibilities:
Analyze and process invoices and payment requests
Review and approve employee expense reports in Concur
Assign correct GL coding to invoices/check requests, and expense reports to ensure proper entry into the accounting system
Validate and update vendor information
Investigate and resolve internal and external inquiries concerning invoice and payment processing
Manage department email to receive invoices and address AP inquiries
Maintain and organize AP documentation, records, and files
Assist with monitoring and reporting for the Procurement card program
Assist in compiling information for internal and external audits
Assist with monthly AP closing activities
Perform other duties as required to support the Accounting Department

Required Knowledge and Skills
Working knowledge of accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Education and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable
Proficient in MS Office
Concur experience preferred

Compensation Range:$47,102.00 - $62,803.00
