Responsibilities



The Data and Outcomes Manager for Family Immersion and Dual Enhanced Program will work collaboratively under the Research Scientist to manage the research team's operationalization and execution of high-quality applied research projects, clinical research studies, evaluation and assessments services for industry partners and executives.
They will also work closely under the Research Scientist to oversee, coordinate, and help support the Program Assistants (PA) for the Family Immersion and Dual Enhanced programs in managing and conducting confidential and accurate clinical outcomes data collection. This role will serve as the primary contact and trainer for the PA team responsible for coordinating schedules, facilitating, and maintaining PA training in ethical survey administration and data collection, and resolving common issues that may arise within clinical outcome data collection.
Implement and manage family immersion and mental health dual-enhanced data and outcomes under the supervision of Research Scientist
Oversee and provide direct support for the BCR family immersion and dual-enhanced team's continued work and implementation of survey administration and data collection of the clinical and programmatic outcomes across HBFF's sites nationwide

Work closely with executive director, director, and leadership team to establish standardized procedures and complete tasks.







Qualifications



Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, etc.) or six years of related professional experience
Four years related experience (clinical research data collection, ethics, research methods, clinical research coordination)
Knowledge of substance use treatment and recovery field
Leadership or supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, etc.)
Direct support and leadership experience in both qualitative and quantitative data collection
Data cleaning and analysis experience
Grant writing experience
Direct experience with implementation of clinical research studies within healthcare systems
