This candidate will ensure all guests have an exceptional dining experience, from making a reservation, seating them with ease, and taking detailed to-go orders over the phone. Our Hosts/Hostesses are required to have a polished phone manner, friendly demeanor, and helpful attitude to all guests.

Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate the activities of the dining room to ensure fast and courteous service to guests
- Schedule dining room reservations and assist in arranging parties or special events
- Provide special services for diners who may be celebrating something special
- Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Work closely with the management team to assist with special event duties, act as a training resource, facilitate Covid protocols, and perform ad hoc duties as needed
- Be welcoming to all guests and support their needs in daily restaurant functions

What We're Looking For:

- Past experience in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Engaging and friendly personality
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management and professional behavior
- Open availability, including days and weekends
- Previous experience with OpenTable is a PLUS
