Job Description | The English Department at Old Dominion University invites applicants for part-time Adjunct instructional faculty teach 100- and 200- level sections of in-person General Education Composition and Literature courses. We are currently seeking individuals for Fall 2024, but this post may remain open for additional applications as opportunities arise throughout the 2024-2025 academic year. Those selected will be hired as part of an adjunct pool, which will be utilized as needed based on which courses are in need of coverage. We tend to have the greatest need for instructors who can teach daytime, on-campus courses between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, most often in General Education Composition but sometimes also in General Education Literature. |
