JOB REQUIREMENTS: Discover. Achieve. Succeed. #BeHere Location:
US:WI:OAK CREEK at our CP-DREXEL TOWN SQ HLTH CENTER facility. This job
is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.900000 Shift: Shift 1, 830a-830p including every
other weekend. Job Summary: Providing security in/around the hospital,
facilities, campus, ancillary clinics and parking structures.
Concentrates on the safety and security of patients, visitors, and
staff. Responding immediately to various levels of dispatch calls as a
visible deterrent, investigating unusual circumstances, assisting with
de-escalation, and security enforcement. Performs other duties as
assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: 1 year of security experience or
equivalent. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High school diploma or equivalent
required. TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Proof of training in Froedtert-approved
DAAT (Defense and Arrest Techniques) course within previous three years
or the ability to obtain certification within 120 days of hire is
required which includes de-escalation training. Must complete National
Incident Management System (NIMS) IS-700 and the ICS- 100 courses within
six months of hire. Must have FTO (Field Training Officer) program
completed within 120 days. Training or academy may be site specific.
Familiar with CCTV systems and operation is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS
DESCRIPTION: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50Lbs occasionally.
Push-Pull force generation up to 100Lbs occasionally. Occasional stair
climbing. Frequent walking. Ability to get up and down from floor to
standing independently. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Valid driver\'s license
is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the
Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required
