JOB TITLE: Software Engineer
LOCATION: 11000 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344
DUTIES: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Duties include: Design, Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve software; Translate product concepts into project commitments that deliver incremental value to our customers frequently and with high quality; Mentor the engineering team through code reviews, and hands on design sessions; Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code, test, deploy, and support; Be innovative in solution design and development to meet the needs of the business; Adapt in dynamic and collaborative work environment and make independent decision; and Work in large, collaborative, and global teams to achieve organizational goals. The position reports to the Eden Prairie, MN office and allows for partial telecommuting.
