Our ideal candidate would reside in the Columbus, OH area, which is the location of our CMM headquarters, but we may consider highly qualified remote candidates for this opportunity.Current or future sponsorship is not available for this position.

What You'll Do:

As a member of the CoverMyMeds UX Team, you will be tasked with understanding user behavior and their interaction with current and potential solutions to generate new insights to help evolve our product offerings. You will join a mid-sized team doing big things in healthcare, with endless opportunities to continue learning and mentoring others. Partner with UX Research, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success to identify opportunities in the product experience

Collaborate daily as a dedicated member of a product squad comprised of Product, Engineering, and UX professionals

Support the product squad in product discovery by utilizing research best practices

Utilize a diverse set of technical skills including user flows, user journey maps, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, unmoderated and moderated user research

Work with senior team members to design strategy through consideration for long-term product vision and scalable UX patterns

Actively participate and inform experiments to test hypotheses and assumptions

Facilitate ideation workshops with product squad team members to create a collaborative design environment

Interpret qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy and design decision- making

Become an expert on our users by continually iterating, refining, and testing designs

Present design artifacts and research insights to align product squad team members and build empathy with our users

Serve as an expert in your product squad(s); champion and enable UX within a growing organization

About You:

You are curious about human behavior and strive to understand why people behave the way they do

4+ years of experience in UX design, focused on digital products.

You are passionate about shaping the future of healthcare knowing we face nebulous and undefined problems today

You possess a keen understanding of design patterns and visual design best practices, and you are developing a pragmatic approach to breaking design "rules."

You are committed to empowering cross-functional teams to understand and utilize UX best practices

Comfortable selecting the best methods and techniques to uncover unique insights in a fast- paced environment

Thorough understanding of the design process, from messy front-end to detailed spec delivery and product shipping

Comfortable with and enjoy sharing the responsibility of understanding our users with the product squad

Demonstrated experience working in a complex business environment, including working with cross-functional teams to understand their needs

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and use them to effectively execute design activities and bring stakeholders into the process

You have a balanced understanding of strategy, research, interaction, and visual design

You are comfortable with adapting and improving as CoverMyMeds matures

Technical Nice-to-Haves:

Experience building data centric applications with top notch information / data visualization and interaction skillset

Expert in Figma and aptitude to continue learning how to efficiently use this tool

Knowledgeable about UserTesting and User Interviews.

Proficient in Microsoft tools

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$91,900 - $153,100
