About the Role Pay starting at: $16.00 per hour We are seeking a Seasonal Resort Operations Associate to join our LEGOLAND New York Team. This role trains across multiple positions within a given zone to act in our most prevalent front facing customer service positions. Assignments will change daily and possibly throughout the day. The Resort Operations Teams mission is to support the resort while delivering exceptional customer service along the way. This team is built to expand your potential and give you the superpower of multiskilling. This role reports to the designated Zone manager. Role Description As a multi-skill host, you will be working with guests through a variety of disciplines and ensuring that we provide excellent customer service. This role moves through different positions within a zone, so it is ideal for a candidate that is flexible, enjoys multitasking, has a willingness for change and has a desire to learn continually! Your Responsibilities Cross train with multiple departments, maintain knowledge with refresher training and accept rotating positions throughout the day. Support the resort in various job functions throughout the day based on the need of staffing, and the flow of guests throughout the park. Learn about a variety of different zone positions such as Retail, Grounds, Guest Excellence and Admissions. Collaborate with department coordinators to ensure any staffing issues are met on a day-to-day basis Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Fun-loving as you are hard-working.
