Job Summary:
The Digital Lead is a member of the Marketing and Communications team and is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention within the healthcare system. This role involves implementing digital marketing initiatives, managing digital channels, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, brand and experience guidelines. The position includes managing the strategies for digital paid advertising, reputation management, SEO, and analytics and reporting to build brand awareness and loyalty, driving website traffic, and acquiring patients.
Job Requirements:
- Utilize data analytics to implement and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Monitor, engage and track Baystate Health’s online reputation management program to help sustain the brand and consumer loyalty.
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience, including optimizing SEO/SEM strategies.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices in the healthcare industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the patient journey and conversion rates.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand, Business, or a related field
Required Expereince:
5 years of experience in digital/brand marketing, agency (digital focus) or digital products
Experience in developing digital strategies
Experience with traditional and emerging digital marketing trends, including online reputation management
Preferred Expereince:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skills/Competencies:
- Fosters building relationships with team members and agency partners
- Demonstrates excellent customer relations in interactions with staff, clients, other departments, patients, and the public.
- Digital Media Marketing and Online Reputation Management experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
