We currently have a career opportunity for a Recruiter in the OR/SW WA Region. This position is based out of our Vancouver office and will oversee all hiring needs in OR/SW WA. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for growth and stability within a company.

Job Skills / Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with management regarding recruiting needs, open positions, and providing regular updates
- Review resumes and qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for the position
- Pre-Screen applicants over the phone and conduct in person interviews
- Source applicants through various methods including veteran programs, colleges, and career fairs
- Communicate with applicants about the position and company
- Manage applicant tracking system and all on-boarding needs of new hires
- Verify References
- Organize and conduct new hire paperwork including all licensing paperwork
- Work closely with the HR Manager to help make recruiting more efficient
- Additional administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements: - Prior security, law enforcement or military experience required
- Prior recruitment experience preferred
- Be able to obtain a State Security Guard License
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be able to pass a UA drug test including THC
- Must have a HS Diploma or GED equivalant
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
- Have the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedures
- Mental alertness and attention to detail required while being able to prioritize and follow-up on tasks
- Excellent computer skills to include Outlook, Word, and Excel as organization
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be adaptable to a flexible working schedule
- Be able to go through all training and work in the field occasionally
