  Vargas Property Services Inc, Broomfield, CO. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Broomfield, Boulder, Adams, Denver, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Douglas, Larimer. 85 Landscape Laborer positions available.

Temporary, full time position from 05/15/2024 through 11/29/2024, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Thursday, some weekends required, schedule varies, start/end times vary, rotating start/end time. Workers will be paid Bi-Weekly at $21.69/hr, $32.54/hr OT, raise/bonus at employer's discretion. Move soil, equipment, materials, dig holes for plants, trees; install landscape materials & sprinkler systems; mow, trim, edge, weed, spread mulch, clean up. Able to lift 50lbs. No experience required, will train.

Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
