leadership position within a Rockwell Automation\'s product R&D
organization, reporting to the Senior Manager of the Power Control
Business Architecture Team. You will set the foundation for future
generations of Rockwell\'s power control business product portfolio. You
will lead development of software architectural specifications for new
products, optimizing and balancing the following goals: performance,
security, simplicity, time to market, reusability, maintainability, and
user experience at launch and throughout a product\'s lifecycle. This
role is systems architecture role involving designing solutions that
work for multiple products in our portfolio and working alongside
embedded system experts to create software designs that work with
multiple RA products. A background in software development and a systems

Responsibilities: Design software systems architecture, functional
interfaces and define system integration requirements, while partnering
with other architects to support a common architecture vision. Lead

methodologies. Design software subsystems that balance the following
goals: performance, simplicity, development time and effort,
