Coordinator, Retail Sales & Marketing

This coordinator will support our Retail Sales & Marketing teams across multiple retail accounts on internal and external relationship management!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings, scheduling, agenda needs, recaps, meeting materials, etc.
• Support the team on creation and editing of meeting presentation materials, program recaps and special projects
• Assist the team in product placement management and data integrity for multiple retail accounts, working with lines of business teams, vendor partners and analytics team.
• Build relationships with the team and with peers across our team, lines of business, and franchise teams.
• Manage master contact lists and support the team on coordination of special event contact list requests
• Develop and maintain a central library for high resolution image requests
• Support, manage and track marketing campaign needs including item prioritization, high resolution images, and sample requests.
• Assist in developing Social/Influencer Marketing Concept Pitches
• Purchase order management and budget tracking
• Provide support on product merchandising, signage and displays in the office

Basic Qualifications: 

• 2+ years experience working in a related role
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Very strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 58,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
