DUTIES:

Sales Duties – 70%

  • Lead generation including attending GrassRoots Marketing and networking events
  • Implement the sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Assist with studio retail sales
  • Manage memberships in studio CRM Platform
  • Ensure Daily Lead Management checklist is executed
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio - report regularly to Owner regarding quality and quantity of leads to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Consistently monitor sales reports, agreements log, cancellations report.  Communicate with Owner to meet goals and make adjustments when needed
  • Review all SOPs from Corporate Sales team
  • Communicate SOP + weekly scripts to Sales Associates monthly and as needed 
  • Attend weekly Sales Calls and implement strategies discussed
  • Attend a minimum of 70% of monthly scheduled Intro classes
  • Complete weekly LASER report and monitor KPI's in accordance with corporate policies
  • Ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.  Flexible schedule a must.

Operational Duties – 30%

  • Supervise studio staff to include regular trainings 
  • Assist owner in managing staff schedule when needed
  • Assist owner in planning and executing studio events monthly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio 
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures 
  • Communicate regularly with studio owner on supplies and equipment needs
  • Any other duties as assigned by studio owner
  • Opportunity to teach classes for the right candidate

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred 
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives 
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail sales
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred 
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment 
  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit 
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information 
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
