Job Description | Responsible for providing emergency response to maintenance oriented calls or plumbing emergencies. |
Job Duties | Work performed includes performing all plumbing work assignments, including PMs, related to sinks, commodes, urinals, lavatories, showers, bathtubs, floor drains, water lines, and sewers. or maintaining assorted plumbing, sewer and related fixtures in good operating condition. Supervise/ train and delegate specific job duties to personnel. Perform other duties as assigned. |
