POSITION SUMMARY:Please apply online using a laptop or desktop computer.The B2B Sales Strategy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends and developing strategic initiatives to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth. They will directly support leadership in identifying opportunities for new sales strategy and growth based on data and customer insights. They will provide data to understand trends by region and opportunities for further sales discovery.This role will be a part of the Sales and Customer Enablement team but directly support the Local Provider Partnership leaders. This is a remote position (US). #LI-RemoteCheck out our video Saving Lives: It's the Best Job EverACCOUNTABILITIES:Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Review Salesforce account plan data across the teams to help drive key account theme planning and activation strategiesCollaborate with cross functional B2B teams across the organization to align relationship management strategies with overall business objectivesPartner with market insights to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to drive effectiveness and efficiency across the teams.Monitor and evaluate performance metrics by Region and TC to bring up emerging trends and insights to activate new strategies or drive deeper discovery to understand drivers.Assist in the development and implementation of training to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.Prepare and present reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate weekly findings and recommendations to leadershipExternal analysis of new and emerging trends impacting our customersProvide support to other customer facing initiatives.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:3 years' experience in sales analysis, business analysis or related fieldProven experience in B2B sales strategy, preferably within the healthcare industry.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Experience in the technology industry is a plus.Education and/or Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance and Economics or related field.
