Job Summary:

This position is responsible for running parts to and from the shop, setting up equipment for maintenance, and washing equipment. We will train you! This is a year-round, fulltime+ position that comes with all the great year-round benefits! Minimum Qualifications:
A successful Yard and Building Maintenance Person will have: * A GED, high school diploma, or equivalent critical thinking skills * Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds * A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred but not required
