ENFERMERA (O) JEFE

Requerimientos del cargo

1. Planear, ejecutar y hacer seguimiento al plan de atención de enfermería de las pacientes ginecobstetricias para contribuir a la buena prestación de servicios.
2. Realizar la entrega y recibo de turno de manera presencial y de acuerdo a los protocolos establecidos por la Institución.
3. Realizar valoración y examen de enfermería, para establecer, priorizar, asignar, supervisar, hacer seguimiento y evaluar el plan de atención de enfermería requerido para cada paciente en el turno y servicio correspondiente. 
4. Verificar y hacer seguimiento a la aplicación y registro de las escalas de evaluación de riesgo como dolor, signos vitales, escala de riesgo de caidas, escala de lesiones de piel, entre otros y cuidados de enfermería, pertinentes al proceso.
5. Coordinar y verificar el cumplimiento del plan de cuidado de enfermería, todos los procedimientos médicos y paramédicos, interconsultas, paraclínicos y tratamientos acorde a las guías de atención de las RIAS maternoperinatal.

Calificaciones requeridas

Profesional de Enfermería, Un (1) año de experiencia en área asistencial, preferiblemente en el servicio de urgenciasen entidades de mediana o alta complejidad.
