Job Description:

Greet Customers
Retail sales of new and used merchandise
Pawn Loans and Purchasing
- Determine value of items to determine value of loan/buy
- Ability to discuss and explain terms of a loan with customer based on database information
Clean and Prep merchandise for sale
Knowledge or ability to gain knowledge of a wide variety of pawnable items, including but not limited to: jewelry, firearms, musical equipment, consumer electronics, tools, etc.
Ability to make quick and intelligent decisions, work intuitively as a team member and be strong individually
Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
Ability and trustworthiness to handle large sums of money and expensive or "priceless" items
No experience necessary, but would be a bonus
On the job training available
Must be willing to work weekends
High School Diploma/GED required

Pay: $12.00-$13.00 per hour depending upon experience + sales commission!
