| Job Description: |
Ebert Companies is a professional and long standing commercial general contractor that is currently seeking a detail oriented and motivated individual for our Commercial Construction Project Manager position. The ideal candidate must be a positive, self motivated individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Actively soliciting bidders
• Estimating project costs
• Contract negotiations with subcontractors
• Overseeing construction projects including running weekly meetings and having ongoing communication with job superintendent, architect, and owner
• Overall accountability for project schedule, budget, and conflict resolution
Qualifications:
• College Degree in construction management, construction engineering or related field
• 2-5 years project management experience preferred but not required
• Self-Motivated, strong work ethic
